Is it illegal to dig up the state flower in Oregon?

I know it is other states but I haven't been able to find anything that says it's illegal in Oregon.
If there is only one state flower and the state is going to notice, it is probably illegal. More than likely it is not illegal unless you are trespassing

Oregon's state flower is the Oregon Grape or Berberis aquifolium, sometimes called Mahonia aquifolium. This was deemed state flower in 1899.
