NOOO, that would sound really, really desperate. Just send a formal letter, expressing thanks for the time, interview, and consideration. Don't push it

Sadly in American culture, we appear to have forgotten our good manners. We seldom take the time to appreciate what other people do for us in our every day lives. If a person goes above and beyond the call of duty for us, we are inclined to say they were just doing their job. You know when somebody was just performing their job, and when they put in extra effort to help you in a particular situation. An excellent and public way to acknowledge such folks is with a gift of flowers. If you are not able gift the flowers in person, you can even sent flowers by post too.
